Ground Handler
These tours are operated in conjunction with Veratour,
Viale Cesare Pavese, 8, 00144 Rome.
Payment
Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to departure.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Price
The price quoted includes, transportation, fuel, taxes on services
and entrance to and use of all services mentioned in the tour.
Cancellation by Operator
In the unlikely event that a tour is cancelled by the operator
the customer will be notified in writing at the earliest possible
time. Liability for cancellation on the operator’s part is
limited to the amount received from the customer and will not
include any costs incurred by the customer in related arrangements
such as airfares.
Substitution
A name change on the tour is possible up to 4 days prior to
departure of the tour. The replacement person must adhere by
the conditions of the tour accepted by the initial customer
and the new customer is responsible for ensuring payment is
made. The new customer will meet any charges associated with
a name change.
Changes after Departure
Should the operator by forced to make changes to the tour itinerary
following departure, he will seek to replace the advertised services
with services of a similar quality. If the service offered is of
lower quality a refund in the price difference will be made to the
customer. In the event that the customer is not happy with the
service offered, the operator will arrange for transportation to
the point of departure of the tour.
Customer Responsibility
The customer must ensure that they have all appropriate passports,
visas and medical certificates as required. The customer must behave
in a manner conducive to group activity at all times. The operator
reserves the right to remove anyone behaving in an unacceptable manner.
Cancellation fees for Fantasia Italia tours:
When cancellation is received:
- Up to 10 working days before departure (Saturday excluded): no cancellation fees apply
- Between 9 and 4 working days (Saturday excluded) before departure: 50%
- Less than 3 working days (Saturday excluded) before departure: 100%
